Setup Package

No-Refund Policy

All sales are final, once you pay for a subscription you get my services for the payment term. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, I will offer services until the end of the term. You are free to discontinue my services at any time, but you will not be reimbursed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

It is imperative you are happy with my services. I will make the revisions upon request, but once you approve, I will not make any further revisions past the deadline. When you are satisfied with the consistency of the episode structure, and you give me Rolling Approval, I will schedule episodes without constant approval requests. 

Hosting Platform Responsibilities

Unless the client selects the “L. Connor Voice Hosting” service, the client is responsible for Hosting Site fees, and will be registered as the owner of the podcast. During the Hosting site Set up process the client will: 

• Be made owner of the Podcast

• Enter their billing and Contact Information Necessary for the Hosting Site.

• Make me a contributor 

L. Connor Voice Hosting Service

L. Connor Hosting services are only available for clients that book a podcast production subscription package. If a client, who utilized L. Connor Hosting services, decides to discontinue their podcast production subscription, the podcast will be removed from L. Connor Hosting at the end of the subscription term.

Client Delivery of Audio Goods

Clients are responsible for recording, creating, and delivering their MP3 files to me. If the client does not send audio files for editing, there can be no production. 

Audio Minute Overage

Overage on raw audio minutes will be billed according to the selected content management package ($3/min). Overage fees will be billed upon client raw audio delivery, if overage payment is not received within 14 days of client raw audio delivery, I will only edit up to the maximum amount of raw audio minutes.

Client Audio Quality

Not all audio files are made equal; some background noises are too loud to omit completely without some distortion, and some interferences (dog barking, bumping the mic) cannot be removed. It is the client’s responsibility to reduce the amount of audio interference during their recording.

Content Responsibility

L. Connor Voice does not take responsibility for clients' views expressed in their production. 

**Additional Costs** 

There will be associated costs beyond the L. Connor Voice Setup Package Fee. These costs include; equipment, hosting platform subscriptions, and/or music licenses. The price will be dependent on your needs, preferences, and budget. I’m here to help you navigate the best options for your wallet, and your show. 

**Project Duration** 

Clients will have 90 days from the initial payment of their Setup Package to complete their podcast launch. If the client does not manage to complete launch within those 90 days, they will have to repurchase a Setup Package.
