Terms and Agreements
No-Refund Policy
All sales are final, once you pay for a subscription you get my services for the payment term. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, I will offer services until the end of the term. You are free to discontinue my services at any time, but you will not be reimbursed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
It is imperative you are happy with my services. I will make the revisions upon request, but once you approve, I will not make any further revisions past the deadline. When you are satisfied with the consistency of the episode structure, and you give me Rolling Approval, I will schedule episodes without constant approval requests.
Hosting Platform Responsibilities
Regardless of the Hosting Set Up package the client may choose, The client is responsible for Hosting Site fees, and will be registered as the owner of the podcast. During the Hosting site Set up process the client will:

Enter their billing and Contact Information Necessary for the Hosting Site.

Client Delivery of Audio Goods
Clients are allowed to send a certain amount of raw audio minutes for me to process in a month. The packages state you get up to a certain amount of raw audio minutes (140 minutes); meaning I am not responsible, nor will discounts be awarded, if you do not send me the maximum raw audio minute amount.
If the client does not send me audio files for editing, there can be no production.
Audio Minute Overage
Overage on raw audio minutes will be billed according to the selected content management package ($3/min). Overage fees will be billed upon client raw audio delivery, if overage payment is not received within 14 days of client raw audio delivery, I will only edit up to the maximum amount of raw audio minutes.
Client Audio Quality
Not all audio files are made equal; some background noises are too loud to omit completely without some distortion, and some interferences (dog barking, bumping the mic) cannot be removed. It is the client’s responsibility to reduce the amount of audio interference during their recording.
Content Responsibility
L. Connor Voice does not take responsibility for clients' views expressed in their production.
Social Media
The deluxe package includes social media promotions on my social media (Facebook, Instagram), these promotions will be made every time an episode is released.
Social Media Planning Tools
L. Connor Voice LLC cares about your privacy, and letting me into your social media can seem daunting. To allow for client privacy, L. Connor Voice recommends the client set up a social media planning tool (ex. Metricool). The client will be responsible for linking any social media platforms they have and want to promote on, after which they will send me the login info to L. Connor Voice, who will save the info in an encrypted password bank. This allows us to schedule posts for your social media, all while keeping their individual passwords and login info safe.
Promotion & Production - Not Marketing.
I make sure your podcast sounds good, is released consistently, and is distributed to all major podcast platforms. With the Deluxe Package, I will share when a client’s episode drops on my social media (weekly on Tuesdays), and if given permissions, post on the client’s social media. However, L. Connor Voice is not in charge of marketing your podcast, building your community, nor do we guarantee a thriving listenership.
